Transcript Release Requirement

TWO STEP PROCESS to submit signed Transcript Release Form:

PARENTS: login to your Parent Portal account to sign your senior’s transcript release form.  “Senior Transcript Release Form” in the “Forms” sections. This gives the Virtual Academy permission to send your student’s transcript to any colleges and universities to which they are applying.

STUDENTS: login to your Student Portal account to sign your transcript release form.  “Senior Transcript Release Form” in the “Forms” sections. This gives the Virtual Academy permission to send your student’s transcript to any colleges and universities to which they are applying.

portal account & submit.
